With a fantastic team of specialist coaches, innovative programs and access to prime facilities, Intraining caters for the beginner runner/triathlete through to the elite.

 

All Intraining training sessions are under the control of a fully qualified coach who can assist you in getting the most out of the session.

 

Another service offered is the development of individual training programs, which can be designed to meet your particular goals taking into account your work, family & other commitments. Our costs are very reasonable for these types of programs.

 

The ideal way to start, is too attend one of the training sessions, introduce yourself to the coach who will look after you, put you into a group of similar ability and develop your running.

 

Please do not feel intimidated by attending – everyone has to start somewhere, it is also a great opportunity to meet new people, gain some fitness and work towards you goals.
