Let us help you prepare for the run by joining the Intraining Running Centre 10 Week Training Challenge.
All sessions are provided free of charge for the 10 week programme and designed to get you fit enough to have a run at the Bridge to Brisbane.

Key for abilities
Experienced - Those that are able to complete 10km of non stop running
Intermediate - Those that have been running, but would like to be able to complete 10km non stop
Beginners - Most popular for those that are very beginner walkers or runners - ideal sessions for those just starting
