Brisbane 2009 Running and Fitness Expo

 

Brisbane 2009 Running and Fitness Expo will be held on the 21-23 August in conjunction with the Brisbane Marathon Festival.

 

The Running & Fitness Expo will be "The Piazza" - South Bank Parklands.

The Piazza will be part of the Start/Finish Area for the event and will enjoy thousands of participants and spectators.

The 2009 BMF includes an 8km walk, 10km run, 1/2 marathon and full marathon on Sunday 23rd August. Kids races and a 'Founding Families Relay' will be held on the Saturday 22nd August.  This year's event is sponsored by the Brisbane City Council, as part of the Brisbane 150 Celebrations for Brisbane City.

 

We are anticipating up to 5000 participants in the weekend's events - all required to come into the EXPO to pick up their race pack - providing a great opportunity for all exhibitors to promote their products and/or services.

We will be enjoying promotion of the event by B105 and BMAG and Run For Your Life magazine, who are some of the media sponsors for the festival.
