Great Event only 4 weeks out from Brisbane 2009
Rotary Fun Run, St Lucia: If you enjoyed the Twilight Fun Run, there is no doubt you will want to take part in this event. Starting at the same place as the Twilight Fun Run, this course is flat and fast. Ideally placed just 2 weeks after Gold Coast Airport Marathon and 4 weeks before Brisbane Marathon Festival. Get your entries in soon to secure your place on the start line.

What does 7 Weeks to Go until Brisbane 2009 mean? 7 weeks is enough time to prepare your body and mind to a challenge in August. intraining Running Club are pleased to have committed coaches and training sessions that will fit in with your work and home life. Whether your goal is to finish a marathon, run a faster 10km or even just participate in Brisbane 150 celebrations...try your hand at Brisbane 2009 - there is an event for everyone.It is easy to get involved in the training sessions:
#1: Select a training session to participate in
#2: Arrive at training location at least 5mins before scheduled start
#3: Sign your name on the sign on sheet
#4: Introduce yourself to the coach, outlining YOUR goals
#5: Have a great session!
#6: Group stretch and warmdown
