Listed are a number of training groups and events that you can participate in. Training with someone, is motivating, fun and helps you
to stick to an exercise routine.
If you are already in a group and would like to encourage others to exercise with you, please email: margot@intraining.com.au so it can be added to the community training page
 
CHSS Move & Groove Family Walk

End your weekend and begin your week's kilometre count with a Chapel Hill Community Walk.
Walk from 3-5km from the school oval, along Goolman St, Bielby Rd, Murkurta St and Hakea Cres with family and friends.
Dogs are welcome, but please no bikes.  
Children MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings.
Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons.

Adult Speed Sessions - Tuesday Mornings.
A great way to improve your running if you can already run 8km.

Beginner groups are also available on:
Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Kids Running Sessions
Monday and Thursday.

Time: 4pm to 5pm
Place: Anzac Park, Toowong
Cost: $6 or $4 (Intraining members.)

 

Sherwood Forest Road Runners

 
Saturday mornings. 
A social running group that has been meeting for over 25 years. 
The distances to run are 6km, 4km or 2km. 
A great place to bring the kids to run.

Time: 7am 
Place: Sherwood Forest Park  Cost:  Free

Brisbane Road Runners Club

 
Sunday mornings.
